Having chosen your software solution you can rest assured that Inca is the perfect partner to implement your project professionally and efficiently.Project Kick-off and Scoping days are an important part of our implementation process where we focus on understanding your company’s individual needs and goals as well as the human resource that will be behind the project.
At this time you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager as well as a Consultant who will work with you to ensure that these goals are achieved and that your software solution delivers to its full potential.
Throughout your project your Consultant will provide you with formal Progress Reports, whilst your Project Manager will continue to attend on Review Days to monitor progress and discuss the project’s continued development and ultimate success.
With this in mind we offer a free Post-Implementation Review to all our customers as well as Account Management Reviews to monitor the continued success of your model.
