Stream 1 - Aimed at BI and IT professionals. This session demonstrates the implementation of the IBM Cognos 8 solution from start to finish. Covering the IBM Cognos 8 single product approach on a proven single Web services-based, services oriented architecture.
Stream 2 - Aimed at Business professionals. Whether you are an analyst inside or outside of the Finance department, this session demonstrates how IBM Cognos software capabilities are utilised to provide users with an at-a-glance view of performance through dashboards and scorecards, a self-service reporting facility and the ability to analyse performance information and also to engage the business in planning and scenario modelling processes.
Stream 3 - Aimed at Finance professionals. This session will demonstrate how IBM Cognos can tackle the needs of the Finance department, including loading data and preparing management accounts at the operating company level, creating top down and bottom up plans as well as scenario modelling in real time, and also how to consolidate and report on data from subsidiaries to give a true financial picture of group data.
