Customers will gain the skills to maintain and develop their models whilst Inca provides a reassuring presence for any enquiries and future requirements to ensure continued success.
Every Inca customer has a dedicated Senior Customer Account Manager and an office based Account Manager as a main point of contact for licencing, training or consultancy requirements. The Account Management team monitor the continued success of customers’ applications through regular contact and complimentary Account Management Review visits. In addition, all customers receive a bi-annual customer e-bulletin, filled with practical hints and tips, upcoming events and news; quarterly training course updates; and the opportunity to attend the extremely popular and well regarded annual user forum, Peak Performance.
